WorldBeat, with the cooperation of the Saskatchewan Council for International Cooperation and the
Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) is pleased to announce a Model United Nations Special
Session on Climate Change and Poverty for Saskatchewan High School Students.

Step 1: Choose the students you would like to have take part. Teams can be made up of three students
(grades 9-12) per country. Schools can choose to send as many teams as they want.
Step 2: Choose what Model Unite Nations session you would like to attend. Sessions will be held at:
- Luther High School, Regina, May 2-3.
Step 3: Choose the country your students would like to represent from the list below. Actually, choose your top three.
While WorldBeat will make every effort to honour one of your top three choices, we reserve the right to
assign countries if all of your top three choices have already been selected. Register early for best
selection. You will be notified of your assigned country soon after your registration has been received.

Cost is $20.00. Teacher coaches are free.
Please make all cheques payable to: S.C.I.C
Registration fees include supper on the first day and lunch on the second day. All other costs are
the responsibility of the team.
