What is the Worldbeat Project?

The Worldbeat Global Education Project is an educational initiative aimed at locating, evaluating and increasing traffic to the many excellent websites that offer outstanding global education opportunities to Saskatchewan teachers and students. The purpose is to make these sites more accessible to you. The Worldbeat Project Team is accomplishing this by:

• Producing the Worldbeat Global Education Resource Magazine that is posted on-line and distributed electronically to teachers via e-mail.
• Delivering a Professional Development Workshop to raise teachers’ awareness of global issues, technology, and resources available that will help teachers integrate these elements into their classrooms.
